Tammy L. Acton, Director of Education

I have had the pleasure of being a part of this wonderful industry for 30 years. I have enjoyed many facets of cosmetology including being a stylist, a salon owner, cosmetology school owner and an educator. My passion is to provide an exceptional, educational experience for my students. To do so I chose to close my salon in 2005 and pursue this passion with extreme dedication. I want to instill in my students the desire to continue to reach for the stars with their creativity, knowledge and success.

With my own experience in this industry, I am convinced that to get superior results you must use high quality, professional products. That's why we have chosen to use such products as; Nexxus, Schwarzkopf, OPI, Bioelements and Zotos. We provide a personal touch to your training, hands on workshops to develop salon entry level skills, bench mark testing to assess readiness for licensure and custom built kits to maximize the student's training and to provide them with the tools of the trade for entry level into this great industry.

Carli Riblett, Nail Technology Program Director & Cosmetology Educator

I always knew that I would be a Cosmetologist.

Upon completion of a one-year apprenticeship, after receiving my Cosmetology license, I started my training to become an instructor. In addition to the instructor's course I've also been certified by OPI, BioElements and Pivot Point, and I am a member of Cosmetology Educators of America.

This is a vast industry, and I feel privileged to help people get off to a great start.

Kathleen Borker, Director of Admissions & Cosmetology Educator

I have been part of this wonderful industry for nearly 50 years. I feel that my experience is a wonderful tool for teaching students about the great things the beauty industry has to offer. One that has served me well in the twelve years I have been teaching. I was an educator in Sierra Vista, Arizona before moving to Kingman and joining the staff here at Coming Attractions in June of 2008

My favorite part of working here is that I get to help people fulfill their goals of making cosmetology a career that they can be proud to have. As the Director of Admissions I have the privilege of being one of the first staff members that perspective students get to interact with on this new and exciting journey. I hope to see you if you believe this is a goal you would like to meet.
